- Tahini – 3 tablespoons
- Ground cumin – 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Extra virgin olive oil – 3 tablespoons
- Jalapeno (finely chopped) – 1
- Fry pan with lid cover

Take a pan and put it on the flame. Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in it. Let it warm.
After that add ¼ Teaspoon salt and chopped onion to the pan and cook it until it changes its color from white to light brown.
