- Water – ¾ cup
- Spinach leaves – 200 gram
- Medium ripe Avocado -1 no.
- Lemon juice – 2 teaspoon
- Garlic cloves – 2 no.
- Tahini – 3 tablespoons
- Ground cumin – 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – 1 teaspoon

- Extra virgin olive oil – 3 tablespoons
- Jalapeno (finely chopped) – 1

Step 1.
Take a pan and put it on the flame. Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in it. Let it warm.
Step 2.
After that add ¼ Teaspoon salt and chopped onion to the pan and cook it until it changes its color from white to light brown.

Now add cooked chickpeas to the pan and also add ¾ cup of water in it. Mix all the ingredients well.
