- Olive oil – 3 tablespoons
- Onion (finely chopped)- ½ cup
- Salt – ¼ teaspoon
- Garlic (chopped) – 2 tablespoons
- Mushroom (diced) – 250 gram
- Dried thyme – ½ teaspoon
- Dried oregano – ½ teaspoon
- Dried rosemary – ½ teaspoon
- Paprika – 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper – ¼ teaspoon
- White vinegar – 1 teaspoon
- Dark soya sauce – 1 tablespoon
- All-purpose flour – 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable broth – 2.5 cups
- Black pepper – ½ teaspoon

Step 1.
Take a pan and put it on the flame and let it warm. After that add three tables of olive oil.
Step 2.
After that add chopped onion to the pan and cook until it starts to change its color from white to light brown.

After cooking the Onion add chopped garlic in it and cook until fragrant.

Add diced mushroom to the pan and also add other ingredients like oregano, rosemary, paprika, Cayenne, thyme, dark soya sauce, and white vinegar.

Now add two tablespoons of all-purpose flour and cook it until completely toasted. It should be roasted in a way that its raw flavor is completely gone.

After roasting the flour add vegetable broth to the pan and give a boil to the mixture. After boiling reduces the heat and cover the pan with the lid and cook it at medium flame for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes remove the lid and cook on high flame for 3 minutes. Or you can cook until your desired consistency.

Sprinkle ½ teaspoon black pepper powder over it and mix well.

Cover it with the lid and rest it as it is for 4 minutes before serving it will add more flavor to it.
