- Cilantro stem and roots – ½ cup
- Garlic cloves – 5 no.
- Ginger ½ teaspoon
- Jalapeno – 1 no.
- Lime zest – 1 Teaspoon
- Onion – ½ cup.
- Ground cumin – 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander – 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper – ¼ teaspoon
- Olive oil – 3 tablespoons
- Coconut milk – 3 cups
- Water – 1 cup
- Salt – 1.25 teaspoon
- Red bell pepper ( chopped ) – 1 cup
- Green bell pepper (chopped) – 1 cup
- Zucchini(chopped) – 1 cup
- Mushroom (chopped) – 1.5 cup
- Tofu (cut into cubes) – 1 cup
- Broccoli (chopped) – 1 cup.
- Snap peas – 1 cup
- Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon

Roughly chop all the ingredients like cilantro, onion, jalapeno, garlic cloves, and ginger.
Put all the paste chopped ingredients in the grinder also add lemon zest to a grinder.
Grind all the ingredients very well until it gets a smooth paste-like form.
Take a pan and put paste from the grinder in the pan.
Now add other spices like in the paste turmeric, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, Cayenne pepper, and cooking oil in it.
