- Bone in chicken thighs – 6 no.
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – 1.5 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper – ½ teaspoon
- Onion (chopped) – 1
- Garlic – 5 cloves
- Carrot – 1
- Tomatoes paste – 6 oz
- Mushroom sliced – 8 oz
- Green bell pepper – 1
- Red bell pepper – 1
- Thyme – 1 teaspoon
- Oregano – 2 teaspoon
- White wine – 1 cup
- Red paper flakes – 2 pinch
- Diced tomatoes – 28 oz
- Parsley – for garnish

Directions for chicken Cacciatori Recipe
Step 1.
Dry chicken thighs with a paper towel and the spring ½ teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper from both sides of the chicken thighs.
Step 2.
Now take a deep pan and place it on the flame and put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in it. Spread oil all over the pan.
Step 3.
Place the chicken thighs in the pan and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame without disturbing.

Until chicken thighs are cooked chop or slice other ingredients like onion, bell paper, garlic, carrot, and mushrooms.

After 10 minutes of chicken thighs cooking flip all the things and cook this second side for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes remove the thighs from the pan and put them on a plate and keep them aside.

After that add diced Bell paper and carrots to the pan and stir until everything soften up.

After softening add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook them for 5 minutes or until the mushroom starts to change color.

Now add tomato paste and 1 teaspoon of thyme, 2 teaspoons of oregano stir them until the tomatoes paste mixes well. And cook for 3 minutes

Add 1 cup of white wine in it also add ½ teaspoon of salt and 2 pinches of red chili flakes.

Now add diced tomatoes stir well and reduce the flame. Now put the cooked chicken thighs in the pan again.
Step 13.
After placing the chicken thighs in the pan partially cover the pan and cook for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes turn off the flame and sprinkle parsley over it.
