- Light brown sugar – 2 tablespoons.
- Granulated sugar – 2 tablespoons
- Baking soda – ¼ teaspoon
- Baking powder – 2 teaspoon

- Ice cold butter – ⅓ cup / 76g
- Chocolate chips – ⅓ cup
- Cold heavy cream – ¾ cup
