Ingredients for Chocolate Macarons Recipe
- Powdered sugar – 1 cup / 125g
- Powdered almonds – ½ cup / 50g
- Unsweetened cocoa powder – 3 tablespoons / 25g
- Egg whites – 2 eggs
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Sugar granulated- 5 tablespoons / 75g
Chocolate Ganache filling
- Heavy cream – ½ cup / 120g
- Butter sweet chocolate chopped – 4 ounces – 120g
- Unsalted butter – 1 tablespoon / 14g
- Instant coffee – 1 teaspoon

Directions for chocolate Macarons Recipe
Preheat the oven to 350°F. And prepare the baking sheets by placing of parchment sheet over it.
Now put sugar, almond powder, and cocoa in a mixture and grind them.
Shift this mixture into a bowl and separate the large lumps with a sieve.
Put egg whites and a pinch of salt in the pot of a stand mixer and beat them until they begin to rise upward.
Now add 5 tablespoons granulated sugar in it and beat it for 2 more minutes or until gets very stiff and firm.
Now put the dry mixed ingredients in the beaten egg white in two batches and mix properly with the plastic spatula.
When the mixture gets a uniform color put it in the pastry bag.
Pipe the batter on the pre-prepared tray with parchment paper sheets in circular shapes evenly spaced. The size depends on you.
Tap the baking sheets from the bottom to remove the air from the Macarons.
Let it for 25 minutes until the top layers of the Macarons are no longer wet when touched by a finger.
