Ingredients for deep fried ice cream
- Ice cream (which flavor do you like) – 5 scoops
- Egg whites – 2 eggs
- Cornflakes (crushed) – 2 cups
- Sugar – 3 teaspoon
- Cinnamon powder – 1 teaspoon
- Heavy cream – 1 cup
- Powdered Sugar – 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract – 1 Teaspoon
- Chocolate sauce
- Baking tray
- Stand mixer
- Frying pan
Directions for deep fried ice cream
Take a baking sheet and place it in the tray. Now take out your favorite flavor of ice cream from the freezer.
Scoop out the ice cream from the box of ice cream. The size of the scoop should be between 2 to 3 Inches. ice cream ball depends upon your requirement. I am scooping 5 ice cream balls.
After scooping the ice cream balls place this tray in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Prepare the other ingredients for deep-fried ice cream. Take a bowl and put 2 egg white in this bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar to the egg whites and whisk them properly.
Take another bowl and put cornflakes in it. Now crush the cornflakes with your hands.
After crushing the corn flake add 2 teaspoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in it.
