These eggless Muffins are very easy to make within very less time. Only a few ingredients are used to make these cupcakes. Today we will make this delicious eggless Muffins recipe with all ingredients and directional steps in detail I will show you here. So let’s get started.

Ingredients for eggless Muffins

  1. All-purpose flour – ½ cup
  2. Mill powder – 3 tablespoon
  3. Condensed milk – ¼ cup or ½ cup powdered sugar.
  4. Vanilla essence – ½ tsp
  5. Chopped dry fruits or tutti fruity – 3 teaspoon
  6. Butter (melted) – 4 tablespoons
  7. Milk – ¼ cup
  8. Baking powder- ½ teaspoon
  9. Baking soda – ¼ teaspoon

Equipment required

  1. Mixing bowls
  2. Sieve
  3. Mold tray
  4. Muffin covers
  5. Oven
  6. Plastic spatula

Directions for eggless Muffins

Step 1.

 Preheat the oven. Take a bowl and sieve. Place the sieve in a bowl and put all-purpose flour, milk powder, baking powder, and baking soda on the sieve.

Sieve all these ingredients into the mixing bowl. Keep this mixture aside.

Step 3 

Take another bowl and put condensed milk in it. 

Step 4

Add melted butter and vanilla essence to the condensed milk.

Mix all the wet ingredients with the plastic spatula. 

Step 6 

After mixing add half of the milk to the wet ingredients and mix it well.

Step 7

Now mix dry and wet ingredients together. This mixing should be fast because baking powder and baking soda react very fast. If we delay this mixture over cake will not be so Puffy.

Step 8.

If the mixture is thick add the remaining milk in it and mix it well. After mixing you will get a good consistency of the batter.

Now add Chopped dry fruits or tutti frutti to the batter and mix it well. Dry fruits and tutti fruity are optional if you want your muffin chocolaty use chocolate instead dry fruits.

Now fill the cupcakes with batter. Fill half the molds of the muffin, otherwise, the muffin gets out from the molds.
