Ingredients for Enchiladas Suizas
- Boneless skinless chicken breast – 1.5 lbs
- Kosher salt – 1 teaspoon
- Garlic – 6 cloves
- Black pepper – ¼ teaspoon
- Green onions stick -2
- Corn tortillas – 18
- Tomatillos – 1 lb
- Onion – 1
- Jalapeno – 1
- Cilantro – 1 bunch
- Oil 2 tablespoons
- All-purpose flour – 2 tablespoons
- Sour cream – 1 cup
- Cheese – ½ cup

Step 1.
Take a pan and fill ¾ with water. Add boneless chicken two garlic cloves and ¼ teaspoon of black paper and ½ teaspoon of salt and cilantro leaves and onion sticks.
Step 2.
Place it on a medium flame and let it low boil for 30 minutes.
Step 3.
Take another pan and add fill it halfway. Now add 1 jalapeno, onion, 1 lb tomatillos, and 4 garlic cloves.

Boil them for 12 minutes on medium flame.

After 30 minutes our boiling is completed. Remove the chicken from the water. You are free to collect some broth for further use.
