- Ezy Sauce – 1 cup
- Brown sugar – 1 cup
- Sultanas or grapes – 1 cup
- Onion – 1.5 no.
- Ripe Apple – 1 number.
- Salt – 1 Teaspoon
- Curry powder – 1 teaspoon
- Ginger – 1 teaspoon.
How to make Ezy Sauce Chutney Recipe
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and the apple and keep them in a bowl.
Step 2
Take a saucepan and place it on the flame and add chopped onion and Apple in it.
Step 3.
After that put all the other ingredients like 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 cup of grapes or sultanas, salt 1 teaspoon, of curry powder 1 teaspoon of and 1 teaspoon of finely chopped ginger.
Step 4.
Mix all the ingredients well. And then add 1 cup of Ezy Sauce and 3 cups of water to the saucepan.
Step 5.
Wait until it starts boiling. When it starts to boil, reduce the flame and let it simmer until all the fruits are tender and the sauce gets your desired consistency. Keeps stirring occasionally.
Step 6.
After 25 minutes I achieve my desired consistency.
