- Ricotta cheese – 425g
- Mozzarella cheese – 3 cups
- Italian seasoning – 2 teaspoon
- Salt – ½ teaspoon
- Black pepper cracked – ¼ teaspoon
- Lemon zest – 1 teaspoon
- Egg – 1 no.
- Marinara sauce – 3 cups
- Large cooking pan
