  3. Garlic cloves(diced) – 2 no.
  4. Butter nut squash (peeled and diced) – 1 no.
  5. Carrots (peeled and diced) – 2 no.
  6. Vegetable broth – 1ltr
  7. Oats cream – 250 ml
  8. Salt – as per taste
  9. Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
  10. Pumpkin seeds -1 tablespoons
  11. Sunflower seeds Р1 tablespoon

Step 1.

Take a large pan and put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in it. Let olive oil warm and the add diced 1 onion in it.


Cook onion for 1 minute or until it changes its colour. And add 2 garlic cloves in it.

Step 3.

Cook onion and garlic for one minute.

Step 4.

Now add diced Butternut Squash in the large pan.

After adding butternut squash put diced 2 carrots in it and mix all the ingredients properly.

Now put 1 litter vegetable broth in it. And close the lid of the pan. And cook it for 12 mines.

After 12 mines turn off the flame and blend this with the help of a hand blender.

Now turn on the flame again and add 250 ml oat cream in it. And mix properly.

Now add salt and black pepper in it and mix properly with a wooden spatula. And warm it for 1 minute. After one minute keep aside it.

Now take a pan and fry pumpkin seed and sunflower seeds for 1 minute.
