- Fresh Tomato – 4 no.
- Garlic (chopped) – 1 teaspoon
- Ginger (chopped) – 1 teaspoon
- Butter – 2 tablespoon
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – 1.5 teaspoon
- Sugar – 4 teaspoon
- Ketchup – 2 tablespoons
- Food red colour – 1 pinch
- White pepper – ½ teaspoon
- Corn flour – 2 tablespoons
- Cooking pot
- Large Sieve
Directions for healthy Tomato Soup Recipe
Chop tomato, garlic and ginger.
Take a cooking pot and put butter and olive oil in it and add garlic and ginger. Cook until the butter melts completely and starts boiling.
Now put all the chopped tomatoes and salt in the cooking pot and cook until the tomatoes cook completely. This will take 7 minutes.
Now add granulated sugar to the cooking pot and mix well
Put normal tomato ketchup in the pot and mix well. It will provide good colour to the soup.
Add 500 ml water to the soup and add white pepper and red colour in it and mix it well.
Cook it until it starts boiling. After boiling turn off the flame.
Now sieve this with a sieve. while you will sieve water will pass easily but the remaining mixture has to pass with mashing and rubbing with your hands. Here you can also hand blender to mix tomatoes but this mixing will mix the seeds of the tomatoes which will change the taste and colour of your soup.
After sieving put this again on the flame.
Take a small bowl and add 2 tablespoons of corn flour and water in it and mix well.
After that add water and corn flour mixture to the soup. Cook it until it starts boiling. After boiling our soup will become denser.
