- Shaoxing wine – 2 tablespoon
- Corn starch – 1.5 tablespoon
- Soya sauce – 1.5 tablespoons
- Chicken breast – 2
- Garlic cloves minced – 6
- Ginger minced – 2 tablespoons
- Bell pepper (sliced without seeds) – 1
- Dry chili – 5 nos
- Hoisin sauce – 2 teaspoon
- Sugar – 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce – ⅓ cup
- Cooking oil – 4 tablespoon
- Green onions sliced – 4 pieces
- Roasted peanuts – ¾ cups

Step 1.
Take a bowl and put ⅓ cup of water, 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine, 1 tablespoon of corn starch, and 1.5 tablespoons of soya sauce.

Now whisk all the ingredients with a whisk. And keep side this bowl.

Now cut the chicken breast into the small pieces you want.

After that put these small pieces of chicken in the bowl of mixed ingredients we prepared earlier. Mix chicken pieces properly in it.
