- Spinach – 100g
- Gram flour – 4 tablespoons
- Oregano – ½ teaspoon
- Turmeric powder – ⅓ teaspoon
- Red chili powder – ½ teaspoon
- Cumin powder – ¼ teaspoon
- Black pepper powder – ¼ teaspoon
- Black cardamom – ¼ teaspoon
- Cinnamon powder – ¼
- Salt – ½ teaspoon
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
- Cooking oil – for frying
For Gravy
- Onion roughly sliced – 1 cup
- Tomato roughly sliced – 1 cup
- Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
- Bay leaves – 1
- Cinnamon – ½ inch stick
- Cardamom black – 1
- Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
- Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder – ½ teaspoon
- Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala – ½ teaspoon

Step 1.
Wash the spinach and chop well. After that place them in a big bowl and add 4 tablespoons of gram flour.
