- Large egg whites – 3 eggs / 100g
- Castor sugar – 1 cup / 200g
- Slat – 1 pinch
- Tartar cream – ¼ teaspoon
- Food color – as per choice
- Vanilla extract – 1 Teaspoon

Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Prepare the baking sheets by placing parchment paper on the sheets.

Take the bowl of a stand mixer and put only egg whites in it. Add a pinch of salt and tartar cream to it.

Start the stand mixer at a low speed when egg whites start to become foam then increase the speed of the stand mixer.

When the mixture became fully foamy and sugar one tablespoon at one time. Continuously beat the mixture.
