BlueBerry Cheesecake Ice
1. Blueberries – 1 cup
2. Corn starch – 1 Teaspoon
3. Sugar – ⅓ cup
4. Heavy whipping cream(chilled) – 2 cup
5. Condensed milk( chilled) – 1 can / 400g
6. Cream cheese( chilled) – ⅓ cup
7. Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
First, we have to make the Blueberry sauce for this, take a pan, and place it on flame.
Now put 1 cup blueberries and ⅓ cup sugar in it and let it melt. After melting the sugar, cook the blueberries for some time.
Now add cornstarch to it and cook for 1 minute. After that turn off the flame and set it aside to cool.
Put whipping cream in the pot of the stand mixer and mix it until it gets denser.
Now add condensed milk and cream cheese to the whipping cream and mix it again.
Add vanilla extract in it and mix well in the stand mixer.
After mixing the batter, transfer half of the mixture to the ice cream container and spread it evenly.
After transferring half the batter spread Blueberry sauce over it and swirl it.
