Ingredients

1. Blueberries – 1 cup 2. Corn starch – 1 Teaspoon 3. Sugar – ⅓ cup 4. Heavy whipping cream(chilled) – 2 cup 5. Condensed milk( chilled) – 1 can / 400g 6. Cream cheese( chilled) – ⅓ cup 7. Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon

Step 1

First, we have to make the Blueberry sauce for this, take a pan, and place it on flame.

Step 2

Now put 1 cup blueberries and ⅓ cup sugar in it and let it melt. After melting the sugar, cook the blueberries for some time.

Step 3

Now add cornstarch to it and cook for 1 minute. After that turn off the flame and set it aside to cool.

Step 4

Put whipping cream in the pot of the stand mixer and mix it until it gets denser.

Step 5

Now add condensed milk and cream cheese to the whipping cream and mix it again.

Step 6

Add vanilla extract in it and mix well in the stand mixer.

Step 7

After mixing the batter, transfer half of the mixture to the ice cream container and spread it evenly.

Step 8

After transferring half the batter spread Blueberry sauce over it and swirl it.
