Ingredients

1. Parmesan grated – ¾ cup 2. Garlic cloves minced – 6 3. Chicken breast – 4 4. Salt – 1.5 teaspoon 5. Black pepper – 1.5 teaspoon 6. Flour – ⅓ cup

7. Butter – 3 tablespoon 8. Olive oil – 1 tablespoon 9. Wine – ¾ cup 10. Italian seasoning – ½ teaspoon 11. Cream – 1 cup 12. Spinach – 3 cups

Step 1.

Cover the chicken breast with parchment paper and give them a pound. This decrease the mess which will help even with cooking.

Step 2.

Now season the chicken from both sides with salt and black paper.

Step 3.

Put flour on a plate and dredge the chicken breast in the flour. Chicken should be completely covered with flour.

Step 4.

Now take a pan and place it on medium heat. Put 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil in the pan and let it warm.

Step 5.

Now cook the chicken breast from both sides until it gets golden brown from both sides. Cook with a pan covered.

Step 6.

Now clean the pan with a paper towel. And put 2 tablespoons of butter in the pan again. And let it melt.

Step 7.

Put minced garlic in the pan and cook until fragrant.
