Churros recipe is the mexican fritters

For churros Recipe 1. Water – 200 ml 2. Sugar – 1 tablespoon 3. Salt – ¼ teaspoon 4. Butter – 50 gram (3 tablespoons) 5. All purpose flour -140 gram + ⅛ cup 6. Egg – 2 no. 7. Cooking oil

For chocolate sauce 1. Milk – 120 ml 2. Sugar – 1 teaspoon 3. Dark chocolate – 60 gram 4. Corn flour – 1 teaspoon 5. Water -10 ml

Equipments required

Take a fry pan put 200 water in it. Add sugar 1 tablespoon and ¼ teaspoon salt in water. After that add 50 gram butter in it. Now heat this pan until all the ingredients mixed in the water.

Process to make

Add 140 gram all purpose flour in the mixture of water, sugar ,salt and butter. Mix flour properly.

Now remove this mixed flour from the pan and put in the bowl.

Now break two eggs and mix both the eggs properly. After mixing the egg add these eggs material in the mixed flour.
