1. All purpose flour - ½ cup 2. Mill powder - 3 tablespoon 3. Condensed milk - ¼ cup or ½ cup powdered sugar. 4. Vanilla essence - ½ tsp 5. Chopped dry fruits or tuti fruity - 3 teaspoon


6. Butter (melted) - 4 tablespoons 7. Milk - ¼ cup 8. Baking powder- ½ teaspoon 9. Baking soda - ¼ teaspoon

Step - 1

Preheat the oven. Take a bowl and sieve. Place sieve on bowl and put all purpose flour, milk powder , baking powder and baking soda on sieve.

Step - 2

Sieve all these Ingredients into the mixing bowl. Keep this mixture aside.

Step - 3

Take a another bowl and put condensed milk in it.

Step - 4

Add melted butter and vanilla essence in the condensed milk.

Step - 5

Mix all the wet ingredients with the plastic spatula.

Step - 6

After mixing add half of milk in the wet Ingredients and mix it well.

Step - 7

Now mix dry and wet ingredients together. This mixing should be fast because baking powder and baking soda react very fast. If we delay this mixing over cake will not so Pluffy.

Step - 8

If the mixture is thick add the remaining milk in it and mix it well. After mixing you will get a good consistency of batter.

Step - 9

Now add Chopped dry fruits or tutti frutti in the batter and mix it well. Dry fruits nd tuti fruity is optional if you want your muffin chocolaty use chocolate instead dry fruits.
