1. Onion sliced – 1 2. Butter – 1 tablespoon 3. Thyme chopped – 1 Teaspoon 4. Wine – ¾ cup / 180ml

5. Salt – ½ teaspoon 6. Black pepper ¼ teaspoon 7. Whipping cream – ½ cup

Step 1.

Cut or chop the pre-cooked lobster.

Step 2.

Take a bowl and put this chopped lobster in the bowl. Now add 1 cup of Whole milk ricotta cheese in it.

Step 3.

After adding ricotta cheese now add 2.5 teaspoons of lemon zest, 1 teaspoon of salt, and ¼ teaspoon of freshly cracked black pepper.

Step 4.

Mix all the ingredients well with a spatula. Now place this mixture bowl in the fridge until we make pasta dough.

Step 5.

Now with the help of mixer attachments, roll the pasta and make it very thin. It should be 6″ wide. Make it two of the same pieces.
