Peach Cake

1. Peach sliced – 2 cups 2. All-purpose flour – 1.5 cup / 180g 3. Salt – ½ teaspoon 4. Baking powder – 1.5 teaspoon


5. Unsalted butter – ¾ cup / 170g 6. Granulated sugar – 200g 7. Eggs – 2 8. Sour cream – ¼ cup 9. Vanilla – 1 teaspoon

Step 1.

Slice the peaches into small pieces.

Step 2.

In a small bowl put 1.5 cups of all-purpose flour, salt, and 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder. And whisk them up. And keep them aside.

Step 3.

Take a big bowl and put ¾ cup of unsalted Butter in it. Start breaking it with the hand mixer for 30 seconds

Step 4.

After that add granulated sugar in it and mix with a hand mixer for three minutes or until this mixture became fluffy.

Step 5.

Now add eggs one by one and mix again after adding each egg. The mixture became more fluffy.

Step 6.

Add ¼ cup of sour cream, this will make cake moister. Also, add 1 Teaspoon of vanilla in it and mix well. Mix on high for 30 seconds.

Step 7.

Now add the all-purpose flour which we made earlier. Mix again all of them with a hand mixer.

Step 8.

Now fold the batter with a spatula and add ¾ cup of the peach piece in it and mix well with a spatula. Our batter is ready
