Ingredients

1. Wheat bran cereal – 1.5 cups / 100g 2. Buttermilk – 1.5 cups 3. All-purpose flour – 120g 4. Salt – ½ teaspoon 5. Baking powder – ½ teaspoon 6. Baking soda – ½ teaspoon

7. Cinnamon powder – ½ teaspoon 8. Raisins – 80g 9. Vegetable oil – ⅓ cup 10. Vanilla – ½ teaspoon 11. Egg – 1 12.  Brown sugar – ½ cup 13. Dry cherries – 50g

Step 1.

Take a large mixing bowl and put 100g of wheat bran in it. Now add 1.5 cups of buttermilk to it.

Step 2.

Mix a little bit of wheat bran and buttermilk and let them as it’s for 10 minutes to soak completely.

Step 3.

Take another bowl and put 120 grams of all-purpose flour in it and add ½ teaspoon of salt.

Step 4.

Now add other dry ingredients in it like ½ teaspoon of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of baking soda.

Step 5.

For more flavor add 80 grams of raisins and shredded coconut to the dry ingredients.

Step 6.

Now it’s 10 minutes our bran is now suitability Moist. Add ⅓ cup of vegetable oil in it and mix well

Step 7.

Now our next ingredient is an egg. Add 1 egg in it and mix well. After that add ½ teaspoon of vanilla in it.
