Ingredients
1. Tomato (diced) – 4 no.
2. Tomato – 4 no.
3. Red chilli – 2 no
4. Medium size onion ( diced) – 1 no.
5. Green chilli (finally diced) – 1 no.
6. Garlic cloves (chopped) – 4 no.
7. Fresh cilantro – 1 cup
8. Garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon
9. Salt as per taste.
10. Lime juice – 1 tablespoon
Take a big bowl and put diced tomato, diced onion, diced green chili, chopped garlic cloves and fresh 1 cup cilantro
Step 1
Now mix all the ingredients properly until all mixture looks same.
Step 2
Now add half teaspoon garlic powder and salt as per taste. Now mix it again
Step 3
Now put this mixture in the refrigerator to cool. Coolness increase the taste of the salsa recipe
Step 4
Now tak a fry pan and put 4 tomato and two red chillies in it
Step 5
Roast the red chillis and keep aside. And keeps roasting the tomato for ten minutes
Step 6
After ten minutes remove tomatoes from the pan and keep aside to cool down until the room temperature is not achieved.
Step 7
Now put roasted tomatoes in the blender also add two roasted red chillis in it.
